Living your life is a story of energy flow

August 23rd, 2023

Good sense and good health are two of life’s greatest blessings. They are the two things that change significantly as we age. We become forgetful and we slow down, but life is a story of energy flow in the mind, body and soul. Managing your energy flow effectively could prolong your life.

Energy is the capacity to do work

By definition, energy is the capacity to work. Our brain health and energy levels are key to slowing down the ageing process and promoting longevity.

Energy is the power that drives us through life. It’s the power source that we need to have the ability to think and behave. Living organisms are energy driven. We, as human beings, depend on our energy levels to flourish and survive. Sometimes we are so mentally drained that we don’t want to do anything, other times, we are so physically exhausted that we can’t think straight. That’s normal, but a few life changes can make that a less regular occurrence.

Life choices can put your body in a more energetic state, potentially achieving unbelievable things. It can allow you to have a better living experience and increase your lifespan.

Prolong your life span

As the years go by, how we think and behave can increase or reduce our life span. Inside every living cell in our body, energy is needed to perform its job. To grow, reproduce, maintain structure and respond to environments. Energy is needed to think, sleep, break down and build up molecules in the body.

Make your body more hospitable for healing and energy production

At around 20 years old, the ageing body starts to lose the ability to supply essential molecules and compounds needed to produce energy and prevent or fight disease. Energy levels in the cells in the body start to permanently deplete affecting physical and mental health. It affects cells, muscles and nerves. Making our bodies more hospitable for healing and more efficient at producing energy will slow down the ageing process. It will reduce the risk of neurodegenerative disorders such as dementia and allow someone to be physically able for as long as possible.

How can you counterbalance the natural loss of essential molecules and compounds and increase energy levels to enhance your physical and mental health?

Two of the key energy-producing depleting compounds produced naturally by the body are Coenzyme Q10(CoQ10), an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. It improves speed and efficiency, The second is a longevity vitamin called Pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ), which promotes the replication and growth of mitochondria.

CoQ10 and PPQ

Living organisms must consume energy via food, nutrients and sunlight. Foods that contain CoQ10 and PQQ are fruit and vegetables including papaya, kiwi, spinach, green pepper, parsley and celery. Meats, fatty fish such as trout, mackerel and sardines. Soybeans, nuts and seeds. Our natural supplement Energy Pro contains CoQ10 and PQQ. Energy Pro has multiple anti-ageing benefits, promoting longevity, elevating energy levels and improving brain health. Energy Pro aids endurance and recovery and improves focus and memory.

  • Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a fat-soluble compound that your body makes naturally and is stored in the mitochondria of cells in the body. Stored in vital organs such as the heart, lungs and liver. CoQ10 creates energy within the cells and functions as an antioxidant, protecting cells from free radical damage that can lead to serious illness or diseases.
  • Pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ) is an enzyme cofactor with redox properties that aids mitochondria. It’s a longevity vitamin made by bacteria that prevents oxidative stress and lowers the risk of disease during ageing. PQQ offers neurological, cardiovascular and liver support. It stimulates cell activities connected to memory and learning. Helping to prevent memory loss and restore brain cell damage. It heals different types of liver injuries and metabolises fats, converting them into energy.

The energy-boosting compounds are essential for good health on the inside and out. They can repair body tissue to help rejuvenate skin cells, reducing fine lines and wrinkles. Essential compounds such as these improve circulation and boost heart energy, so they are often consumed by athletes who want to enhance their performance naturally.

Boost your energy naturally and live life to the full

As we age, sadly, the mind goes and the body deteriorates, it’s the cycle of life but we can make it a healthy and happy cycle if we look after our bodies. A combination of exercise, a healthy diet, hydration, limited alcohol consumption and rest should be part of your self-care and wellness plan. Recreational drugs and smoking should become a thing of the past. Your future doesn’t need them, they disturb your energy flow, boost your energy naturally and live life to the full.
